Z.86F系列射芯機為垂直分型射制砂芯及外形。整機結(jié)構(gòu)主要由四大零部件組成。
The Z.86F series core ejection machine is vertically divided into sand core and shape. The structure of the whole machine is mainly composed of four parts.
1. 立柱部件:主要由橫梁、立柱構(gòu)成設(shè)備的上部構(gòu)架。在橫梁上安裝有砂筒、砂斗、砂閥部件、壓緊缸等零部件構(gòu)成制芯的供砂、供氣系統(tǒng)。
1. column parts: the main structure of the equipment consists mainly of a beam and a column. A sand supply and gas supply system is installed on the beam with sand barrel, sand bucket, sand valve component and pressure cylinder to make the core.
2. 射砂裝置:包含有砂筒、氣閥、砂筒架、射頭、射砂板等零部件組成。工作時由壓緊缸將砂筒壓緊在芯盒的上平面上,打開射砂閥進行射砂。排氣射砂完畢,松開壓緊缸(退回原始位置)完成射砂、加砂工作。
2. sand shooting device consists of a sand barrel, a gas valve, a sand barrel frame, a shot head, a sand shooting plate and other components. The sand barrel is pressed on the upper plane of the core box by the pressure cylinder, and the sand valve is opened for sand shooting. The sand is finished and the cylinder is loosened and pressed (back to the original position) to finish the sand and sand work.
3. 模架部件:主要由動模板、左右支架板及導柱、導套、頂桿、合模缸等零部件組成。
3. die frame components: mainly composed of the movable template, the left and right plate and the guide column, the guide sleeve, the top rod, the die cylinder and other parts.
3.1整個模架由左右支架板安裝在底座上。

3.2動模板在合模的推拉下沿導柱左右移動完成合模、開模的制芯過程。動模板在開模時由定模板上的頂桿頂在頂芯板上砂芯被頂出,手工輕易就可取出。

3.3底座:整個設(shè)備的支撐、模架、立柱、電控箱、電磁閥等安在其上。
