解決排氣不暢的辦法

由于水套芯壁薄，形狀為圓弧形，芯盒內(nèi)腔開設(shè)不了大的排氣塞，而設(shè)置的Φ6排氣塞排氣效不好，易被堵塞，砂芯常因疏松或射不滿芯腔而報(bào)廢。如開設(shè)排氣槽排氣，一方面會(huì)產(chǎn)生跑砂現(xiàn)象，一方面是局部位置需開設(shè)排氣的地方排氣孔道無法引出芯盒外。而一直未解決排氣不暢的問題，每次生產(chǎn)時(shí)廢品都極高。經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間對(duì)各種排氣方式的比較后。我想到了一種方法，既可解決排氣不暢問題又能防止跑砂現(xiàn)象。

Because the core wall of the water jacket is thin and the shape is circular, there is no large exhaust plug inside the core box, and the set of the 6 exhaust plug has bad exhaust effect and is easily blocked. The sand core is often scrapped because of loosening or shooting the core cavity. If the exhaust tank is opened, on the one hand, the phenomenon of sand running will be produced. On the one hand, the local exhaust duct that needs to be set up in the local position can not lead to the core box. But the problem of unsolved exhaust has not been solved, and the waste products are very high in each production. After a period of time, a variety of exhaust modes are compared. I think of a method that can not only solve the problem of exhausting exhaust but also prevent sand running.

方法是將排氣槽和排氣塞兩種排氣方法結(jié)合起來使用，如圖C，在芯盒分槽面需要開設(shè)排氣槽的地方開設(shè)排氣槽。但排氣槽不直接通出芯盒外，而是在排氣槽內(nèi)再開設(shè)排氣塞。將進(jìn)入排氣槽內(nèi)的氣流通過排氣塞或排氣孔排出芯腔外。這樣砂氣流進(jìn)入排氣槽內(nèi)后，在排氣塞的作用下，氣體排掉，砂粒留下，和芯腔及槽形成一個(gè)緊實(shí)的砂芯。

The method is to combine the exhaust Gute and the exhaust plug with two kinds of exhaust methods. But the exhaust tank is not directly out of the core box, but instead of opening the exhaust plug in the exhaust tank. The air flow into the exhaust tank is discharged out of the core cavity through the exhaust plug or the exhaust hole. As the sand flow enters the exhaust tank, the gas is discharged, the sand is left, and the core cavity and slot form a tight sand core under the action of the exhaust plug.

采用此方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是

1可解排氣槽在使用中易磨損產(chǎn)生噴砂的現(xiàn)象；

3由于排氣系統(tǒng)開設(shè)在分模面上，便于觀察排氣是否暢通。能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)是否有堵塞，預(yù)防廢品的產(chǎn)生，且清理方便。
