水平脫箱造型線與有箱造型線相比,擁有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,模具制造相對(duì)簡易,占用場地較小,型砂性能要求較低,動(dòng)力負(fù)荷較小,一次性投入費(fèi)用較少,效率高,以及運(yùn)行成本較低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此在鑄造生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。但是任何造型方式都有其自身的最佳適用范圍,在選型時(shí)要考慮以下幾點(diǎn)。

根據(jù)鑄件的結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸大小、材質(zhì)、重量等進(jìn)行工藝分析。需特別指出的是,鑄件在分型面上凹坑太深,吊砂部分型腔的緊實(shí)度不高;或模樣太高,其背面型腔的緊實(shí)度同樣也不高,會(huì)在澆注時(shí)極易產(chǎn)生砂眼等鑄造缺陷。因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)在多數(shù)水平分型脫箱造型線采用垂直向下射砂的加砂模式,大動(dòng)力液壓擠壓、壓實(shí),水平方向起模。這種模式?jīng)Q定了上述問題很難避免。當(dāng)鑄件水平分型凸凹落差較大時(shí),若采用水平側(cè)面射砂時(shí),受模具凸起部分的阻力,會(huì)使射砂背面的型砂硬度不夠,導(dǎo)致掉砂或鑄型不完整。設(shè)計(jì)人員在設(shè)計(jì)模具時(shí)要設(shè)計(jì)出射砂通道,確保型砂硬度一致。具體依據(jù)鑄件的結(jié)構(gòu)、外形尺寸、落差大小選用造型線。落差太大,砂胎凸起太高或凹入太深時(shí)不宜采用側(cè)面射砂。

When the horizontal profile of the casting is large, when the horizontal side is used, the resistance of the protruding part of the mold will not be enough, which causes the sand or the mold to be incomplete. When designing the mold, the designer should design sand shooting passages to ensure that the hardness of the molding sand is the same. The molding line is selected according to the structure, size and size of the casting. When the drop is too large, the sand blasting is too high or the concave is too deep.
