冷芯盒射芯機采用的是氣體硬化法,用樹脂射砂后,通以氣體使砂芯硬化。射芯機上另裝有通氣板,射砂慢盒后,將芯盒工作臺稍稍下降一段距離,在射頭與芯盒之間插入通氣板,再將芯盒與通氣板壓緊,這時由通氣板引入硬化氣體,從芯盒頂上的射孔引入砂芯,并穿過砂芯經(jīng)下面的排氣孔排出,經(jīng)過短時間通氣使砂芯硬化,砂芯硬化后,再通過通氣板通入空氣,使空氣穿過已硬化的砂芯,將殘留在砂芯中的有毒的硬化氣體沖洗除去,殘氣通過排氣孔排入專門的凈化裝置。
