1) 工作原理 以磨液泵和壓縮空氣為動力,通過噴槍將磨液高速噴射到模具表面,達到光飾鑄造模具的目的。磨液是用對模具有保護作用的載液與一定粒度的磨料(白剛玉砂,玻璃丸等人造磨料)按一定配比混合而成,放置在機體下部的貯箱中。工作時磨液泵將貯箱中的磨液以一定壓力和流量通過磨液管路輸入噴槍。此時,還有一磨液旁路經(jīng)裝置在其中的攪拌噴嘴高速噴出,從而使貯箱中的磨料和載液攪拌均勻;另外壓縮空氣由外接氣源經(jīng)過(溢)減壓閥、電磁閥進入噴槍。噴槍是直接執(zhí)行液體噴吵工作的主要部件。它與磨液、壓縮空氣管路系統(tǒng)相連接,設(shè)置在機體上部密閉的工作艙內(nèi)。噴射出的磨液對鑄造模具表面沖擊磨削后,從圓盤工作臺流下,經(jīng)網(wǎng)孔板返回貯箱,如此循環(huán)便完成了對鑄造模具的噴射清洗。

2) 清洗工藝 根據(jù)芯盒不同的工藝要求,有兩種工作方式可供選擇:①不加壓縮空氣,只靠磨液泵供給磨液,通過噴嘴加速射向被清洗鑄造模具。適用于定期對芯盒進行一般性清洗保養(yǎng)。②磨液系統(tǒng)和壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)同時啟動,向噴槍同時提供磨液和壓縮空氣,使其在噴槍內(nèi)混合后,經(jīng)噴嘴向鑄造模具表面高速噴射氣、磨液流。由于有氣、泵兼施的工作方式,使得噴出的氣、磨液流具有更大壓力,被載液包裹著的磨液質(zhì)點動能加大,有效提高了芯盒的清洗能力(主要適用于芯盒表面樹脂結(jié)垢的清洗)。
