射芯機(jī)整棵鑄件組樹采用機(jī)械振動(dòng)的辦法,使型殼得以從鑄件上剝落,沖擊頻率越高,沖擊功越大,則清理的效果就好。工作原理是將以液態(tài)或固態(tài)熱固性樹脂為粘結(jié)劑的芯砂混合料射入加熱后的芯盒內(nèi),砂芯在熱的芯熱芯盒。如選配氣體發(fā)生系統(tǒng),則本機(jī)可滿足冷芯盒制芯的要求。熱芯盒射芯機(jī)工作過程是填砂與緊實(shí)同時(shí)完成。這種清殼方法設(shè)備簡單,生產(chǎn)率高,但存在噪聲和粉塵污染。對于鑄件上小孔、盲孔、窄槽等處的型殼不易清除。
