覆膜砂射芯機的芯盒中垢物的形成機理,主要是由于芯砂表面的樹脂在射砂過程中受到射砂氣流的沖擊,部分樹脂破裂,少量的樹脂被擠壓粘附于芯盒表面,日積月累逐漸在芯盒表面形成一層堅硬、致密的硬化樹脂垢。因此,射砂壓力過大,樹脂質量差,芯砂中樹脂加入量過高,脫模劑與所用樹脂不匹配;芯盒表面粗糙都將促使芯盒結垢。

Therefore, the pressure of sand shooting is too large, the quality of the resin is poor, the resin in the core is too high, the release agent is not matched with the resin used, and the surface roughness of the core box will cause the core box to scale.
