根據(jù)芯盒不同的工藝要求,有兩種工作方式可供選擇:①不加壓縮空氣,只靠磨液泵供給磨液,通過噴嘴加速射向被清洗鑄造模具。適用于定期對芯盒進行一般性清洗保養(yǎng)。②磨液系統(tǒng)和壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)同時啟動,向噴槍同時提供磨液和壓縮空氣,使其在噴槍內(nèi)混合后,經(jīng)噴嘴向鑄造模具表面高速噴射氣、磨液流。由于有氣、泵兼施的工作方式,使得噴出的氣、磨液流具有更大壓力,被載液包裹著的磨液質(zhì)點動能加大,有效提高了芯盒的清洗能力(主要適用于芯盒表面樹脂結(jié)垢的清洗)。
