工作原理是將以液態(tài)或固態(tài)熱固性樹脂為粘結(jié)劑的芯砂混合料射入加熱后的芯盒內(nèi),砂芯在熱的芯盒內(nèi)很快硬化到一定厚度(約5~10 mm) 將之取出,得到表面光滑、尺寸精確的優(yōu)質(zhì)砂芯成品。 熱芯盒射芯機(jī)與普通射芯機(jī)比較有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn): 1 生產(chǎn)效高:熱芯盒射芯機(jī)工作過程是填砂與緊實(shí)同時完成的,并立即在熱的芯盒中硬化,一個循環(huán)周期僅需十幾秒至幾十秒,便可生產(chǎn)出供澆鑄用的砂芯。 2 砂芯質(zhì)量好:能射制任何復(fù)雜程度的砂芯,而且尺寸精確、表面光潔,從而可以減少鑄件加工余量。 3 可以省去很多制芯用輔助設(shè)備及工具、如烘芯爐、烘干器、芯骨、臘線等。 4 減輕勞動強(qiáng)度、操作靈活輕便、容易掌握,采用電加熱,溫度可自。
