機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)形式機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的鑄造廠一般需要大量的砂芯,要求制芯設(shè)備生產(chǎn)率高、占地面積小,運(yùn)輸量小,并且容易組織機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)以滿足鑄造生產(chǎn)的需要。因此,可選擇如下兩種硬化工藝的制芯設(shè)備。
