根據(jù)芯盒不同的工藝要求,有兩種工作方式可供選擇:
According to the different process requirements of the core box, there are two modes of work to be selected:
①不加壓縮空氣,只靠磨液泵供給磨液,通過噴嘴加速射向被清洗鑄造模具。適用于定期對芯盒進(jìn)行一般性清洗保養(yǎng)。
(1) without compressed air, the grinding fluid is supplied only by a grinding pump, which is accelerated through the nozzle to the washed mold. It is suitable for regular cleaning and maintenance of the core box.
②磨液系統(tǒng)和壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)同時(shí)啟動,向噴槍同時(shí)提供磨液和壓縮空氣,使其在噴槍內(nèi)混合后,經(jīng)噴嘴向鑄造模具表面高速噴射氣、磨液流。由于有氣、泵兼施的工作方式,使得噴出的氣、磨液流具有更大壓力,被載液包裹著的磨液質(zhì)點(diǎn)動能加大,有效提高了芯盒的清洗能力(主要適用于芯盒表面樹脂結(jié)垢的清洗)。
