覆膜砂射芯機(jī)的熱芯盒清理方法
1) 工作原理 以磨液泵和壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力,通過噴槍將磨液高速噴射到模具表面,達(dá)到光飾鑄造模具的目的。磨液是用對模具有保護(hù)作用的載液與一定粒度的磨料(白剛玉砂,玻璃丸等人造磨料)按一定配比混合而成,放置在機(jī)體下部的貯箱中。工作時(shí)磨液泵將貯箱中的磨液以一定壓力和流量通過磨液管路輸入噴槍。此時(shí),還有一磨液旁路經(jīng)裝置在其中的攪拌噴嘴高速噴出,從而使貯箱中的磨料和載液攪拌均勻;另外壓縮空氣由外接氣源經(jīng)過(溢)減壓閥、電磁閥進(jìn)入噴槍。噴槍是直接執(zhí)行液體噴吵工作的主要部件。它與磨液、壓縮空氣管路系統(tǒng)相連接,設(shè)置在機(jī)體上部密閉的工作艙內(nèi)。噴射出的磨液對鑄造模具表面沖擊磨削后,從圓盤工作臺流下,經(jīng)網(wǎng)孔板返回貯箱,如此循環(huán)便完成了對鑄造模具的噴射清洗。
1) The working principle takes the grinding fluid pump and the compressed air as the power, sprays the grinding fluid high-speed to the mold surface through the spray gun, achieves the glossy casting mold goal. The grinding fluid is made by mixing the mold protective liquid with certain size of abrasive (white corundum sand, glass balls and other artificial abrasive) in a certain proportion and placed in the lower tank of the machine body. When the grinding fluid pump works, the grinding fluid in the tank is fed into the spray gun through the grinding fluid pipeline with a certain pressure and flow. At this time, there is a mill by-pass through the device in which the high-speed jet mixer, so that the tank of abrasive and liquid mixing uniform; in addition, compressed air from the external source through (overflow) pressure relief valve, solenoid valve into the spray gun. Spray gun is the main component of direct liquid spraying. It is connected with the grinding fluid and compressed air pipeline system and is arranged in an airtight working cabin on the upper part of the airframe. After impacting and grinding the surface of the casting mold with the ejected grinding fluid, the ejected grinding fluid flows down from the disk table and returns to the tank through the mesh plate, thus the ejection cleaning of the casting mold is completed.
2) 清洗工藝 根據(jù)芯盒不同的工藝要求,有兩種工作方式可供選擇:①不加壓縮空氣,只靠磨液泵供給磨液,通過噴嘴加速射向被清洗鑄造模具。適用于定期對芯盒進(jìn)行一般性清洗保養(yǎng)。②磨液系統(tǒng)和壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)同時(shí)啟動(dòng),向噴槍同時(shí)提供磨液和壓縮空氣,使其在噴槍內(nèi)混合后,經(jīng)噴嘴向鑄造模具表面高速噴射氣、磨液流。由于有氣、泵兼施的工作方式,使得噴出的氣、磨液流具有更大壓力,被載液包裹著的磨液質(zhì)點(diǎn)動(dòng)能加大,有效提高了芯盒的清洗能力(主要適用于芯盒表面樹脂結(jié)垢的清洗)。
2) According to the different technological requirements of the core box, there are two kinds of working modes to choose: 1) no compression air, only rely on the grinding fluid pump to supply grinding fluid, through the nozzle to accelerate the injection of the cleaned casting mold. It is suitable for regular cleaning and maintenance of core boxes. (2) The grinding fluid system and compressed air system are started simultaneously, and the grinding fluid and compressed air are provided to the spray gun at the same time. After mixing in the spray gun, the grinding fluid and gas are injected into the surface of the casting mold at high speed through the nozzle. Because of the working mode of both air and pump, the pressure of the gas and grinding fluid is higher, and the kinetic energy of the grinding fluid particles wrapped in the liquid is increased, which effectively improves the cleaning ability of the core box (mainly suitable for the cleaning of resin fouling on the surface of the core box).
