射芯機的操作方法
Operation method of core shooting machine
一、在覆膜砂射芯機運轉之前
1. Before the operation of coated sand core machine.
1、清除妨礙射芯機設備正常運轉的障礙物。
1, remove obstacles that interfere with the normal operation of the core equipment.
2、按潤滑卡規(guī)定，對設備進行潤滑。
2. Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication card.
3、檢查射芯機設備關鍵部位的緊固件是否緊固，如有松動，必須緊固好。
3, check whether the fasteners of the key parts of the core equipment are tight. If there is any loosening, they must be fastened.
4、檢查全部伐門手柄是否都在靜止位置上。
4. Check whether all door handles are at rest.
5、擰開壓縮空氣總伐，對射芯機設備進行空載試車。在這個過程中，要檢查機構的動作是否正常， 檢查各個伐門的管路是否漏氣。
5, unscrew the compressed air total cutting, and carry out the no-load trial run for the core shooting equipment. In this process, check whether the action of the mechanism is normal, check whether the pipeline of each valve is leaking.

二、在操作覆膜砂射芯機的過程中

1、射芯機開動以后，操作人員不得擅離工作崗位，應集中思想，按工藝程序，認真進行操作，但不許同時操作兩個伐門。
1. After the core-shooting machine starts, the operator must not leave his post without permission. He should concentrate his mind and operate it conscientiously according to the technological procedure, but he must not operate two valves at the same time.

2、經常注意射芯機的運轉情況，發(fā)有潤滑不良、或緊固件松動、或零件損壞、或管路漏流、以及其它異象，應立即停機處理，必要時通知維修人員修理。
2. Always pay attention to the operation of the core-shooting machine. If there is bad lubrication, loose fasteners, damaged parts, leakage of pipelines, and other anomalies, the machine should be stopped immediately and repaired if necessary.

3、在生產過程中，若發(fā)現(xiàn)射芯機震擊無力、或壓實無力、或翻傳無力、或夾緊無力、應通知維修人員檢查修理。
3. In the course of production, if it is found that the ejector is weak in shock, compaction, or flip, or clamping, the maintenance personnel should be notified to check and repair.

4、經常保持震擊活塞在潤滑狀態(tài)下工作，定期吹去活塞上的砂子，然后噴上潤滑油。
4. Always keep the shock piston working under lubrication. Blow the sand off the piston regularly and then spray the lubricating oil.

5、吊砂箱時，不許砂箱碰撞模型或伐門手柄，以免損壞模型，或產生誤動作。
5. When hanging the sand box, do not allow the sand box to collide with the model or the handle of the cutting door, so as to avoid damaging the model or causing misoperation.

6、在生產過程中，經常清除射芯機上及其周圍的積砂，防止砂子進入氣缸。
6. During the production process, the sand on and around the core machine is often removed to prevent sand from entering the cylinder.

7、如射芯機發(fā)生事故，應立即停止設備運轉，保持現(xiàn)場，報告有關部門檢查、分析。
7. If an accident happens to the core shooter, the equipment shall be stopped immediately, the site maintained and the relevant departments shall be reported for inspection and analysis.
