（1）電加熱板：電加熱板采用HT200或HT250灰鑄鐵經(jīng)機械加工而成。加熱板的尺寸大小，除滿足電加熱元件的安放外，還應與選用的射芯機技術規(guī)格和熱芯盒外形相互適應。單工位垂直分盒熱芯盒射芯機附有通用電加熱板，可直接采用，一般屬于整鑄式的加熱板。二工位水平分盒熱芯盒加熱板，由上、下兩塊加熱板用M8內(nèi)六角螺釘緊固構成。
