1)高壓造型線:利用高壓(大于0.7Mh)壓實(shí)造型生產(chǎn)線。高壓造型生產(chǎn)率高,所得鑄件尺寸精度高和表面質(zhì)量較好。同時(shí),自于砂型緊實(shí)度高,強(qiáng)度大,砂型受振動(dòng)或沖擊而塌落的危險(xiǎn)小。
1) High pressure molding line: using high pressure (greater than 0.7Mh )Compaction molding production line. High pressure molding has high productivity, high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality. At the same time, due to the high compactness and strength of sand mold, the risk of sand mold collapse caused by vibration or impact is small.
2)射壓造型線:射壓造型就是利用壓縮空氣將型砂以很高的速度射人砂箱而得到緊實(shí)。射壓造型具有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn):緊實(shí)度分布均勻、工作無(wú)振動(dòng)、無(wú)噪、緊實(shí)速度快、機(jī)器結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡(jiǎn)單等。其又分為水平分型造型線和垂直分型造型線兩種。
2) Injection molding line: injection molding is to use compressed air to inject molding sand into the sandbox at a high speed to get compact. Injection molding has many advantages: uniform compactness distribution, no vibration, no noise, fast compaction speed, simple machine structure, etc. It can be divided into horizontal parting line and vertical parting line.
3)氣沖造型線:氣沖造型就是利用具有一定壓力的氣體瞬時(shí)膨脹釋放出來(lái)的沖擊被作用在型砂上使其緊實(shí),克服了粘土膜引起的阻力,提高了型砂的流動(dòng)性。其砂型特點(diǎn)是緊實(shí)度均勻且分布臺(tái)理,靠模樣處的緊實(shí)度高于鑄型背面。
3) Air impact molding line: air impact molding is to use the impact released by the instantaneous expansion of gas with a certain pressure to act on the molding sand to make it compact, overcome the resistance caused by clay film, and improve the fluidity of molding sand. The sand mold is characterized by uniform compactness and distributed bedding, and the compactness near the pattern is higher than that on the back of the mold.
4)靜壓造型線:靜壓造型就是在砂箱內(nèi)填砂,對(duì)型砂施以壓縮空氣進(jìn)行氣流加壓,用壓實(shí)板在型砂上部壓實(shí),使其上下緊實(shí)度均勻。這種方法要求模板排氣好,砂箱與模板密封好。其特點(diǎn)是鑄件尺寸標(biāo)準(zhǔn),生產(chǎn)率高。
4) Static pressure molding line: static pressure molding is to fill sand in the sand box, apply compressed air to the molding sand for air pressure, and use the compaction plate to compact the upper part of the molding sand to make its upper and lower compactness uniform. This method requires good exhaust of formwork and sealing of sand box and formwork. It is characterized by standard casting size and high productivity.
