Core ejection mechanism of hot core box

1、工作前穿戴好勞保用品。確認(rèn)制芯機(jī)內(nèi)無(wú)人工作且周邊人員均處于安全位置；檢查電器、天然氣加熱系統(tǒng)是否正常;各種連接螺絲是否松動(dòng)；砂筒、射頭、風(fēng)管、氣管有無(wú)障礙，待各部位檢查正常后，方能開(kāi)機(jī)工作。

1, wear good labor insurance articles before work. Verify that the core machine is not working and the surrounding personnel are in a safe position; check the electrical and natural gas heating system are normal; all kinds of connecting screws are loose; the sand barrel, ejection head, wind pipe, and trachea have no obstacle, and the work will be opened after the inspection of each part is normal.

2、天然氣加熱系統(tǒng)應(yīng)按天然氣使用規(guī)定進(jìn)行：首先打開(kāi)通風(fēng)裝置，然后用長(zhǎng)棒點(diǎn)火放在氣噴嘴上，再放開(kāi)氣閥門(mén)由小到大，均勻點(diǎn)火。嚴(yán)禁先放氣后點(diǎn)火，以防爆炸或中毒。

2, the natural gas heating system should be carried out according to the use of natural gas: first open the ventilation device, and then use the long rod ignition on the gas nozzle, and then release the gas valve from small to large, uniform ignition. It is forbidden to ignite after deflation to prevent explosion or poisoning.

3、燃?xì)鈮毫Φ陀谝?guī)定值時(shí)，操作者應(yīng)停止加熱操作，經(jīng)維修人員調(diào)整壓力后，方可工作。

3. When the gas pressure is lower than the prescribed value, the operator should stop the heating operation and adjust the pressure after the maintenance personnel can work.

4、必須保證射砂筒有足夠的芯砂（一般不少于2／3射砂筒容積）方可射砂，嚴(yán)禁無(wú)砂空射。

4, we must ensure that there is enough core sand (usually not less than 2 / 3 shot sand tank volume) to shoot sand, and no sand and air shooting is strictly prohibited.

5、操作時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁手觸芯盒，從芯盒中拿取砂芯及對(duì)射砂板孔通砂孔時(shí)必須戴好手套，以防燙傷手。從芯盒中取出的砂芯要堆放整齊，防止倒塌。

5. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch the core box by hand, take the sand core from the core box and wear gloves when the sand passes through the hole, so as not to scald the hands. Sand cores removed from the core box should be stacked up to prevent collapse.

6, the spirit of work must concentrate, do not leave the machine without permission. When the core is shot, the damper must be closed, otherwise the baffle should be added to prevent the sand from injuring the human. When endangering the safety of people or equipment, the emergency stop button should be pressed decisively, and the emergency stop should be lifted after troubleshooting.

7、吹芯盒時(shí)，吹芯盒的管子不得短于0.5米，手不得伸入盒內(nèi)，以防意外。

7. When blowing the core box, the tube of the core box should not be shorter than 0.5 meters, and the hand should not be put into the box to prevent accidents.

8、合理使用排毒裝置，并使之保持完好狀態(tài)。
