（1）電加熱板：電加熱板采用HT200或HT250灰鑄鐵經(jīng)機(jī)械加工而成。加熱板的尺寸大小，除滿足電加熱元件的安放外，還應(yīng)與選用的射芯機(jī)技術(shù)規(guī)格和熱芯盒外形相互適應(yīng)。單工位垂直分盒熱芯盒射芯機(jī)附有通用電加熱板，可直接采用，一般屬于整鑄式的加熱板。二工位水平分盒熱芯盒加熱板，由上、下兩塊加熱板用M8內(nèi)六角螺釘緊固構(gòu)成。

（2）電加熱元件：電流水槽模具 u型槽模具 電纜槽模具 隔離墩鋼模具 護(hù)坡磚模具 鋼制閘門 螺桿式啟閉機(jī) 卷揚(yáng)式啟閉機(jī)加熱元件又稱電加熱管。電加熱管有兩種形式，一種是單端出線的，另一種是雙端出線的。

（3）電加熱功率的確定：首先要確定加熱功率，然后才能確定電加熱元件的規(guī)格和數(shù)量，并合理布置電加熱管。
