造型機(jī)故障檢測之震擊部分

造型機(jī)發(fā)生震擊無力或不震擊有如下幾種原因。
There are several reasons why the molding machine can't shake or can't shake.
1、造型機(jī)故障檢測遇到空氣濾清氣堵塞，由于真空泵工作過程產(chǎn)生一些水份，長時間加上管路中一些異物便將空氣濾清氣中的濾芯堵死，壓力表此時看著壓力不小，但空氣流量不夠，造成機(jī)器震擊無力。

2、由于長時間震動，會出現(xiàn)以下造型機(jī)假山制作 不銹鋼鑄件 鋁箔真空袋 七孔梅花管 hdpe硅芯管 液壓鋼壩 PVC軟管 飛行激光打標(biāo)機(jī) 瀝青保溫泵故障：聯(lián)接震定臺與震擊活塞的6條M20內(nèi)六角釘松動，使震臺與活塞之間有間隙，工作氣流從此處泄漏，造成震擊無力，特別是壓實后不能震擊。
2. 3、活塞與泵鐵之間不潤滑，發(fā)生銹蝕，也可造成震擊無力，解決造型機(jī)故障，可打開通往震實臺的橡膠管，注入一斤左右的煤油或汽油，然后上好，開機(jī)震擊，這時震擊的聲響會有很明顯的變化。
3. There is no lubrication between the piston and the pump iron, which may cause corrosion, and also cause weak shock. To solve the problem of molding machine, open the rubber pipe to the shaking table, inject about a jin of kerosene or gasoline, and then get better, start up the shock. At this time, the sound of shock will change obviously.
