Core ejection mechanism of hot core box

1、工作前穿戴好勞保用品。確認制芯機內(nèi)無人工作且周邊人員均處于安全位置；檢查電器、天然氣加熱系統(tǒng)是否正常;各種連接螺絲是否松動；砂筒、射頭、風管、氣管有無障礙，待各部位檢查正常后，方能開機工作。

1, wear good labor insurance articles before work. Verify that the core machine is not working and the surrounding personnel are in a safe position; check the electrical and natural gas heating system are normal; all kinds of connecting screws are loose; the sand barrel, ejection head, wind pipe, and trachea have no obstacle, and the work will be opened after the inspection of each part is normal.

2、天然氣加熱系統(tǒng)應(yīng)按天然氣使用規(guī)定進行：首先打開通風裝置，然后用長棒點火放在氣噴嘴上，再放開氣閥門由小到大，均勻點火。嚴禁先放氣后點火，以防爆炸或中毒。

2, the natural gas heating system should be carried out according to the use of natural gas: first open the ventilation device, and then use the long rod ignition on the gas nozzle, and then release the gas valve from small to large, uniform ignition. It is forbidden to ignite after deflation to prevent explosion or poisoning.

3、燃氣壓力低于規(guī)定值時，操作者應(yīng)停止加熱操作，經(jīng)維修人員調(diào)整壓力后，方可工作。

3. When the gas pressure is lower than the prescribed value, the operator should stop the heating operation and adjust the pressure after the maintenance personnel can work.

4、必須保證射砂筒有足夠的液壓鋼壩  芯砂（一般不少于2／3射砂筒容積）方可射砂，嚴禁無砂空射。

4, we must ensure that there is enough core sand (usually not less than 2 / 3 shot sand tank volume) to shoot sand, and no sand and air shooting is strictly prohibited.

5、操作時，嚴禁手觸芯盒，從芯盒中拿取砂芯及對射砂板孔通砂孔時必須戴好手套，以防燙傷手。從芯盒中取出的砂芯要堆放整齊，防止倒塌。

5. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch the core box by hand, take the sand core from the core box and wear gloves when the sand passes through the hole, so as not to scald the hands. Sand cores removed from the core box should be stacked up to prevent collapse.
