射芯機(jī)的操作方法

一、在覆膜砂射芯機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)之前
1. Before the operation of coated sand core machine.
1、清除妨礙射芯機(jī)設(shè)備正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的障礙物。
1, remove obstacles that interfere with the normal operation of the core equipment.
2、按潤滑卡規(guī)定，對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行潤滑。

3、檢查射芯機(jī)設(shè)備關(guān)鍵部位的緊固件是否緊固，如有松動(dòng)，必須緊固好。

4、檢查全部伐門手柄是否都在靜止位置上。

5、擰開壓縮空氣總伐，對(duì)射芯機(jī)設(shè)備進(jìn)行空載試車。在這個(gè)過程中，要檢查機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)作是否正常， 檢查各個(gè)伐門的管路是否漏氣。

二、在操作覆膜砂射芯機(jī)的過程中

1、射芯機(jī)開動(dòng)以后，操作人員不得擅離工作崗位，應(yīng)集中思想，按工藝程序，認(rèn)真進(jìn)行操作，但不許同時(shí)操作兩個(gè)伐門。
