射芯機(jī)除射砂外、其余動(dòng)作均采用液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)。不僅提供了足夠的頂模力,保證射砂時(shí)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生工作臺(tái)下沉等現(xiàn)象;同時(shí)開模、合模、工作臺(tái)或射筒的移動(dòng)、起芯等動(dòng)作定位準(zhǔn)確、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠;而且起芯動(dòng)作更平穩(wěn)有力,保證砂芯不易散列。

1、射芯機(jī)使用時(shí)要認(rèn)真觀察運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況,在操作中應(yīng)經(jīng)常用空氣吹凈潤滑部位和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部位的砂粒,嚴(yán)禁各潤滑部位粘砂。

4、射芯機(jī)使用完畢后,要將手柄回到零(空)位,關(guān)閉各閥門,清掃設(shè)備,打掃現(xiàn)場,要保持設(shè)備各滑動(dòng)(轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng))部位的清潔和潤滑,認(rèn)真收檢工具,模具。
