1、射芯機(jī)使用時(shí)要認(rèn)真觀察運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況，在操作中應(yīng)經(jīng)常用空氣吹凈潤滑部位和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部位的砂粒，嚴(yán)禁各潤滑部位粘砂。

2、射芯機(jī)使用時(shí)，開閉手柄氣閥時(shí)動(dòng)作要平穩(wěn)。

4、射芯機(jī)使用完畢后，要將手柄回到零（空）位，關(guān)閉各閥門，清掃設(shè)備，打掃現(xiàn)場，要保持設(shè)備各滑動(dòng)（轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)）部位的清潔和潤滑，認(rèn)真收檢工具，模具。
