根據(jù)鑄件的結(jié)構、尺寸大小、材質(zhì)、重量等進行工藝分析。需特別指出的是,鑄件在分型面上凹坑太深,吊砂部分型腔的緊實度不高;或模樣太高,其背面型腔的緊實度同樣也不高,會在澆注時極易產(chǎn)生砂眼等鑄造缺陷。因為現(xiàn)在多數(shù)水平分型脫箱造型線采用垂直向下射砂的加砂模式,大動力液壓擠壓、壓實,水平方向起模。這種模式?jīng)Q定了上述問題很難避免。當鑄件水平分型凸凹落差較大時,若采用水平側(cè)面射砂時,受模具凸起部分的阻力,會使射砂背面的型砂硬度不夠,導致掉砂或鑄型不完整。設計人員在設計模具時要設計出射砂通道,確保型砂硬度一致。具體依據(jù)鑄件的結(jié)構、外形尺寸、落差大小選用造型線。落差太大,砂胎凸起太高或凹入太深時不宜采用側(cè)面射砂。

molding sand is the same. The molding line is selected according to the
structure, size and size of the casting. When the drop is too large,
the sand blasting is too high or the concave is too deep.
