對(duì)于水平分型有箱造型線,一些工程師認(rèn)為不能采用底注式澆注機(jī),必須采用大型茶壺包澆注機(jī)。例如國(guó)內(nèi)某著名柴油機(jī)廠,生產(chǎn)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)體和和缸蓋這些大批大量生產(chǎn)的單一灰鐵鑄件,他們花費(fèi)近千萬(wàn)引進(jìn)大型茶壺包澆注機(jī)進(jìn)行澆注。但是實(shí)際上在國(guó)際上其他國(guó)家,這是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最適合采用氣壓保溫澆注爐的運(yùn)用場(chǎng)合。眾所周知這種大型造型線,往往由許多主機(jī)和輔機(jī)組成,并且往往有繁重的下芯任務(wù),常常因?yàn)榉N種原因停產(chǎn)。采用非加熱澆注機(jī),即使我們暫時(shí)我們不考慮澆注機(jī)的可靠性的影響,僅僅澆注機(jī)內(nèi)鐵水的溫度損失就非常大,一旦造型線由于種種原因短時(shí)間停產(chǎn),常常導(dǎo)致澆注機(jī)由于包內(nèi)鐵水溫度過(guò)低而無(wú)法澆注,必須將鐵水送回電爐升溫,這樣不但影響澆注機(jī)和造型線生產(chǎn)率,還影響電爐的正常生產(chǎn)。而且一旦造型線回復(fù)生產(chǎn),澆注機(jī)有可能還需要燙包、預(yù)熱后才能使用,極大地影響生產(chǎn)率。
