自動造型機的安裝調(diào)試注意事項
Precautions for installation and debugging of automatic molding machines
1、自動造型機到達客戶現(xiàn)場首先確認外觀有無破損，是否因運輸或吊運對造型機造成損傷；
1. When the automatic molding machine arrives at the customer's site, first confirm whether there is any damage to the appearance and whether it has been damaged due to transportation or lifting;
2、確認造型機底座與基礎(chǔ)接觸牢固，設(shè)備調(diào)平，底座不得有懸空；
2. Confirm that the base of the molding machine is firmly in contact with the foundation, the equipment is leveled, and the base must not be suspended;
3、中箱行走框行走平穩(wěn)，無明顯晃動、無干涉。合箱無縫隙、無傾斜，脫模無傾斜（四個滾輪與導軌同時接觸且模板水平），無干涉（四個滾輪邊沿不與導軌接觸）；
3. The traveling frame of the middle box moves smoothly, without obvious shaking or interference. There is no gap or inclination when closing the box, and there is no inclination when demolding (four rollers are in contact with the guide rail at the same time and the template is horizontal), and there is no interference (the edges of the four rollers are not in contact with the guide rail);
4、手動所有單個動作均正常后可進行一鍵合箱，一鍵復位動作，所有接近開關(guān)、磁性開關(guān)位置準確，無松動。一鍵合箱保證射砂口與砂箱入砂口對齊（上下箱各一處）；
4. After all individual manual actions are normal, one key box closing and one key reset actions can be performed. All proximity switches and magnetic switches are accurately positioned without looseness. One click box ensures that the sand injection port is aligned with the sand inlet of the sand box (one on each upper and lower box);
5、潤滑泵設(shè)置完成檢查是否正常工作；

6、上箱加熱設(shè)置完成檢查是否正常工作；
6. Check if the heating setting of the upper box is completed and whether it is working properly;
7、空調(diào)設(shè)置完成檢查是否正常工作；

8、造型試驗觀察密封圈是否密封、料位計是否準確；
8. Conduct modeling tests to observe whether the sealing ring is sealed and whether the material level gauge is accurate;
9、造型試型完成檢家莊電動伸縮門 保定桌椅  保定水處理設(shè)備 河北機械加工 北京電動門  保定養(yǎng)老院  保定防水查所有螺栓、螺母是否有松動，進行緊固，同時檢查線路接頭、及管路是否松動，進行緊固；
9. After completing the design trial, check if all bolts and nuts are loose and tighten them. At the same time, check if the line joints and pipelines are loose and tighten them;
10、自動造型機調(diào)試完成，固定造型機。
