熱芯盒射芯機(jī)安全操作需注意：

Attention should be paid to the safe operation of the core box ejection machine.

1、必須穿戴好防護(hù)眼鏡等防護(hù)用品。

2、檢查射芯機(jī)及通風(fēng)裝置，確保正常完好。

3、檢查芯盒、射砂板、射砂頭、射砂筒、閘門(mén)板等工裝設(shè)施，確保光潔完好，相互之間裝配要牢固可靠。

4、合閘通電加熱前，要開(kāi)啟水冷射砂板水源，同時(shí)檢查加熱裝置及有關(guān)電氣設(shè)施，確保安全可靠。
