水平分型有箱造型線的一般分為國產(chǎn)簡單機(jī)械化造型線或進(jìn)口自動造型線。國產(chǎn)簡單機(jī)械化造型線的最大特點(diǎn)是:一般造型速度較慢,在每小時幾十型,砂箱尺寸也不太大。這種造型線一般采用手工澆注或者機(jī)械化澆注機(jī)(例如茶壺包澆注機(jī)或扇形澆注機(jī))就足夠滿足需要,這里我們就不再討論。進(jìn)口自動造型線或者某些國產(chǎn)氣沖線的最大特點(diǎn)是:造型線速度較高,機(jī)構(gòu)極為復(fù)雜,輔機(jī)較多,常常下芯任務(wù)繁重,造型線經(jīng)常因?yàn)榉N種原因短時間停產(chǎn)。這種情況比較復(fù)雜,下面我們就根據(jù)不同的情況來簡要分析一下:
